Now we're getting down to business. Or rather, down to the furnishings.
You've made your selections in the areas of interior architecture and interior design, and we're ready to get started on the project. From obtaining quotes to handing over the keys, we'll carefully manage the entire process.
How do we work?
In construction management, we thoroughly compile all costs and keep a close eye on them throughout the project. We take on the role of construction manager, coordinate subcontractors, and monitor their work in accordance with the agreed-upon detailed plans.
Speaking of details: We’re also happy to help with the little things—whether it’s arranging the furniture just right, choosing the right bed, or selecting plates, decorative items, and dish towels. Only when everything meets your expectations and our plans do we move on to the final inspection and key handoff—first as a formality, then as a celebration.
